Kerli-Josefin Järvoja - Project Management.
Laura Kõvatu - How exciting it is to write projects and that it is not as easy as it initially seemed.
Brigitta Sari - 1) Different types of projects that exist and what are they 2) cards that help writing a project (available online).
Taur Tärnov - Discussing with experts in the field about the nuances of project management.
Harleen Kaur - The biggest learning moment for me was realizing the power of collaborative brainstorming in a positive environment. The facilitators played a crucial role by organizing each task with clear purpose and intention, aligning every activity to gradually build our skills toward the final project goals. From interactive workshops to group challenges, every step was thoughtfully designed to strengthen our understanding of project management, encourage teamwork, and inspire innovative thinking. This intentional structure not only made learning more effective but also showed me how good planning and facilitation can lead a group toward impactful results."
Georg hermanson - The different kinds of steps you need to take to have the best chance to successfully write a project.
Kerli-Josefin Järvoja - The biggest learning moment for me were the project cycles, design and funding.
Laura Kõvatu - I would like to actually implement the project with my group.
Brigitta Sari - No, at least not for now. I will use the knowledge on other topics than writing my Erasmus+ project.
Taur Tärnov - Our group created an awesome project idea which we may very well try to implement.
Harleen Kaur - We would love to continue to work on our project idea "DREAM DARE DO". We will plan more meetings to make it happen and implement this in Estonia.
Georg hermanson - Yes! I would like to be a project manager in Estonia and a coordinator in a Erasmus project in the future.
Kerli-Josefin Järvoja - Yes, I would like to get a practical experience of writing and leading a project from scrach to the end and then analyse the results.
Laura Kõvatu - I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in writing for a project or is just as enterprising.
Brigitta Sari - Yes. You see a new country, you get inspired by new people, you see behind the scenes of projects, you gain useful theoretical knowledge.
Taur Tärnov - Of course! All erasmus projects are cool!
Harleen Kaur - Yes, I would definitely recommend this experience to my friends. It was a truly wonderful experience that combined learning, personal growth, and connection. The program was not only educational but also incredibly engaging—thanks to the facilitators who structured everything so effectively. I gained valuable skills in project management, teamwork, and creative problem-solving, all within a supportive and multicultural environment. Beyond the skills, the friendships and memories made it unforgettable. It’s the kind of experience that inspires you to take initiative and make a real impact.
Georg hermanson - Yes I would. The project was very informative and its a great way to get out of your comfort zone.
Kerli-Josefin Järvoja - Absolutely!Amazing experience, good memories, had good conversations, good talks, new connections and friends.
Laura Kõvatu - It was a very nice project and I would definitely like to participate in another project somewhere.
Brigitta Sari - Could have had more practical tasks and less theoretical ones (like discussions). Although I understand that it is actually difficult to create practical assignments on this topic. I loved how the ice breakers were always on the topic and illustrated some part of it (for example the importance of communication and cooperation).
Harleen Kaur - Thank you!
Georg hermanson - Was very fun! Great people and great topic for a project. In the future if you guys would have me i would like to be a group leader and maybe ever further down the road I would like to coordinate!:) thank you:)
Kerli-Josefin Järvoja - Väga sisukas ja intensiivne kursus. Hea korraldajad ning hästi planeeritud ja läbi viidud. Aitäh!
