I’m Natalie. I had my first Erasmus+ experience in 2021 and have been addicted ever since. I have personally seen, how impactful international projects can be and I want more and more young people to have a chance to participate. I have actively participated in NÜHs work since spring 2022. During this time, I have coordinated multiple youth exchanges and ESC volunteers’ projects in Southern Estonia. I’m also studying law with a minor in social work and politics, When I’m not hitting the books, you’ll often find me immersed in embroidery or unwinding with a fun movie
Hi, I’m Ksenija! I first connected with NÜH in May 2022 during a training course, and that experience definitely was life changing. Since then, I’ve been actively involved in a variety of projects—some as a participant, others as part of the organizing team.
I also recently completed my ESC volunteering year in Malta, where I focused on topics I’m passionate about, such as youth work, design and marketing. This year taught me a lot of different skills that I am excited to use in practice in NÜH.
Academically, I have a background in International Business Administration with a major in marketing, but my heart is in creating meaningful experiences for young people and contributing to causes that truly matter
My journey as an ESC volunteer coordinator started when I tutored my first volunteer. Seeing the diversity and fresh perspectives they brought to the kindergarten where I worked, I was hooked. From there, I dove headfirst into coordinating more volunteers. In my everyday life I’m busy as a special education teacher, splitting my time between a school and a kindergarten. On top of that, I team up with another NGO to organize Estonian language lessons for kids—whether they’re from Estonian families abroad or foreign families living here. And when summer rolls around? You’ll find me at youth camps, making the most of sunny days and working with incredible kids. Life’s never boring, and that’s just how I like it!
I’m Aire - a wilderness guide by day and a wannabe event manager by any other time of the day. I had my ESC in Romania back in 2019 and have been roped into this world of possibilities ever since. I am someone who wants to do it all, so I have helped with organising youth exchanges, participated in them and now made my way into helping with coordination of volunteers in NÜH. I am excited to see new faces and help youths discover what the world has to offer for them. I am a strong believer that every young person should seek the possibilities that Erasmus projects, volunteering and just travelling has to offer for them.
