Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for European Solidarity Corps (ESC) long-term volunteering projects in Puglia, Italy.

About the Project

"Stay active volunteer vol. 4": Opportunity with InCo, 2 placements for each location/hosting organization, for 12 months, starting from June 2025. ‍

‍

About the organization

InCo is ready for the fourth volunteer project of the ESC programme 2021-27 and has started to look for the future volunteers for new hosting organization. The project is only for Programme Countries volunteers. Hosting organizations are based in the cities of Tramonti, Molfetta and San Vito dei Normanni.

Duration

Project in Auser starts in April and last 12 months.

Project in Associazione InCo-Molfetta starts in June and last 12 months.

Project in X-Farm starts in June 2025 and lasts 6 months.

Project in Trullo Beach starts in June 2025 and lasts 3 months.

Projects in Molfetta Municipality and “Associazione Appoggiati a me” start in June 2025 and last 12 months.

Projects in schools start in September 2025 and last 9 months.

Hosting Organizations:

1 – ACARBIO : working for the preservation of the local environment and local cultural heritage presented by the terraced landscape.

2 – X-Farm , work in a social farm.

3 – Associazione “Appoggiati a me “,  work activities with autistic youths, leisure time and learning activities.

4 – Associazione InCo-Molfetta , work activity in InCo office regarding youth mobility, non-formal learning and EU cooperation

5 – Liceo Classico-Scientifico , work activity with students 14-19 years old.

6 – Istituto Comprensivo “Battisti-Pascoli” , work activity with students 6-14 years old.

7 – Scuola “Riccardo Monterisi” , work with students 10-14 years old.

8 – Auser Molfetta ODV , work activities with elderly.

9 – Istituto Comprensivo “Manzoni-Poli” , work with students 6-14 years old.

10 – ITET school , work with students 14-19 years old.

11 – Istituto Comprensivo “S. Giovanni Bosco” , work with students 6-14 years old.

12 – Comune di Molfetta , work with environment, EU project and youngsters.

13 – Camper Club Trullo Beach, work activities in the field of sustainable tourism, activities with children, people with disabilities and travelers.

Goal

Project Aim: We're here to create an inclusive and intercultural community in Puglia. By uniting young people from different European countries, our aim is to foster tolerance and peace within our local community.

‍

Pre-departure training offered by supporting organisation. On-arrival training and Mid-term Evaluation offered by Italian National Agency. On the job training Online Linguistic Support.

Participants profile:

• Candidate should be over 18 years old and registered to the ESC portal ;

• Must be very motivated and committed to the voluntary activity;

• Interested in the topic of the project;

• B1 level of English and knowledge of Italian language are a plus.
