Training Course / Koolitus

Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called "Green Jobs – A Path into regenerative economies", which will take place from the 30th of August until the 8th of September 2025 in Garfe, Portugal.

About the Project

The "Green Jobs – A Path into regenerative economies" is an Erasmus+ youth worker mobility project that brings together 7 partner organisations and 28 youth
workers and leaders (from Portugal, Greece, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Croatia and Estonia).
The European Union aims to become carbon neutral by 2050 and in order to achieve this it is necessary to train and empower as many professionals as possible in the areas of ecosystem regeneration, soil restoration and water protection, organic and regenerative agriculture and natural resource management. Along with this need to restore ecosystems, there is an inherent need to create new models of economic traction based on the sustainability of natural resources - hence the Green Jobs - A Path to Regenerative Economies project.
Green Jobs was designed to train multipliers of regenerative knowledge and inspiring agents of concrete and practical action, so that they can disseminate this information to their communities, through their mentoring and inspirational work, in order to promote and boost the generation of new green jobs that apply regenerative economic models, preserving biodiversity, responding to climate challenges, promoting the adaptation of communities and food production to these challenges and aiming for the long-term sustainability of natural resources, in order to promote the quality of life of European citizens and their future generations.

ReflorestarPT – Regeneração Ecológica e Social Co-funded by Erasmus+. Reflorestar Portugal has been working since 2017 to promote a regenerative culture in many areas of regeneration of ecosystems and human communities. We are dedicated to regenerative agroforestry, the regeneration of ecosystems, regenerative
agriculture and to empowering and inspiring individuals, projects and communities to be active participants in the regenerative paradigm, through a variety of events that we organize. In this way, we have made a strong contribution to these areas of activity and have dedicated ourselves to identifying the main players at a national level network we have been creating in the area of permaculture, regenerative agriculture and environmental awareness. With these elements, partnerships and diversity of knowledge in our network of collaborations, we have developed trainings, volunteering and inspirational events focused on people and to inspire and inform, so that they can dedicate themselves, professionally or as a lifestyle, to regeneration and environmental preservation.
