Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting calls for participants for European Solidarity Corps (ESC) long-term volunteering project which means supporting local organizations with different activities in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

About the Project

The Future 3.0 project by Smokinya Foundation offers a six-month volunteering experience aimed at empowering young people through hands-on activities, teamwork, and personal growth. Volunteers will engage in organizing local events, supporting projects, creating digital content, and collaborating with schools, youth organizations, and community partners.

Key highlights include participating in rural BRIGHT Future Camps, where volunteers take active roles in leading activities, along with mentoring, coaching, and weekly Bulgarian language lessons. Participants will develop valuable skills in teamwork, project coordination, and social media marketing, while earning a YouthPass Certificate to document their learning outcomes.

Smokinya Foundation provides a supportive environment for young individuals to explore, grow, and make a positive impact, fostering community engagement and lifelong learning.

We create opportunities and provide space for people to learn, contribute and grow by participation, volunteering and project leadership. Objectives:

Future 3.0 is a Long-term Volunteering Project financed by ESC. You will spend 6 months living and working abroad in an international team. You will learn, reflect, develop competences, contribute, and impact. Workload distribution: 60% office work; 35% field work; 5% workshop and training participation.

Participants profile:

• 18 to 29 years old;
• Right motivation: ‘Can do’ attitude, willingness to learn, coachability, open for adventures and challenges, oriented towards solutions, want to creat IMPACT;
• Able to understand and speak simple English;
• EU Resident;
• Unemployed
