Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Youth Exchange called “Youth+Art=Wellbeing” which will take place from the 22nd of February until the 03rd of March 2025 in Laliki, Poland.
About the Project: This is a project through which we aim to support you to cooperate better with others, work in a team, and plan and organize activities and workshops. Our goal is to nurture personal growth, shared learning and improve youth’s wellbeing through experiencing different kinds of arts.
Goal:
This youth exchange aims to equip teenagers with the essential skills to thrive in the digital age. By fostering critical thinking, lifelong learning, and media literacy, participants will develop the ability to evaluate information critically, navigate the digital landscape responsibly and become active and informed global citizens.
Objectives:
- Build up communication, teamwork, and creativity through different arts methods.
- Strenghten your own wellbeing.
- Pick up problem-solving skills for various challenges in your daily life.
- Boost your confidence by leading activities and learning to make clear agreements.
- Explore new creative approaches to handle tough situations.
- Connect with locals in Poland.
- Organise and facilitate learning activities based on various kinds arts that serve creating wellbeing among youngsters.
- Expand your horizons by learning about traditions, customs, and cultural differences.
- Develop lasting friendships with people from Europe and explore opportunities that align with your goals.
Participants profile:
- You are aged between 18 and 30.
- You are willing to develop skills like teamwork, communication, cooperation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- You may feel uncertain about your current life situation and future steps.
- You are encountering social, economic, or geographical challenges and are seeking creative solutions to overcome them.
- You wish to exchange best practices, engage in creative arts activities, and learn from other young individuals.
- You are ready to participate in the project’s Online Assignments, Youth Exchange, and Local Action Phase/Follow-up.
- You are motivated to work with an NGO in your community
The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 309 EUR. There are 5 vacancies available (4 participants and 1 leader). There will be a participation fee of 40 EUR per participant.
