Daniel Budõlin – Education types: formal, non-formal, informal.
Loviisa Rähn – Non-Formal Education.
Kamila Magsumova – Non-Formal Education.
Laura Teder – Non-Formal Education.
Heleri Trei – Education types: formal, non-formal, informal.
Evelina Bondarenko – Disconnecting from formal way of studying and trying to implement more non- and informal methods of learning about life, making it more fun and effective.
What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?
Ksenia Elizabeth Kivonen – I got to know about myself more, met new people, got a lot of emotions and experiences, already miss it and wanna go back and meet my friends.
Daniel Budõlin – I’ve learnt how to work with people with different backgrounds in an intercultural environment. Activities aimed to improve our understanding of different styles of education through group projects, hikes in the nature, intercultural nights and active conversations.
Loviisa Rähn – I learned how good hearted people are across the world. I learned so much about socializing and myself.
Kamila Magsumova – Looking back there was a lot of learning moments but the one that stands out was realizing just how powerful learning can be outside of traditional classrooms. Learning by spending time with people from different backgrounds meanwhile sharing experiences, having fun together taught me more than any textbook ever could. I also realised that I want to implement more non-formal ways of studying to my very formal school studies.
Laura Teder – I don’t think there was this special moment where I learned something, but I rather think that I learned something new every day. Sometimes something about myself, but also about other people, their views on things, got to know different people and learned things about non-formal education.
Heleri Trei – The biggest learning moment for me was that activisim is what can make anything fun. Whenever you are active and are willing to offer something from yourself to others. It can make a lot of diffrence if you didn’t and in a good way.
Evelina Bondarenko – Lecture about formal, informal and non-formal education.
Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?
Ksenia Elizabeth Kivonen – Yes, projects, maybe smth else also.
Daniel Budõlin – I’d like to use new knowledge in my sexual education classes.
Loviisa Rähn – I plan to take part in more and more Erasmus+ projects.
Kamila Magsumova – Without a doubt! I would love to continue being part of youth exchanges & volunteering opportunities, as well as becoming more involved with the organisation. Maybe one day hosting something myself.
Laura Teder – Yes, I’d love to take part of other erasmus projects!
Heleri Trei – Not necessarily in non-formal education, I mean I do participate in it outside of school like going to courses, but I think to me what was rather the fact that I could go out, get out of my comfort zone and connect with people from diffrent places that was something that made this experience special for me and I would surely want to go to another project again.
Evelina Bondarenko – Of course. I would like to participate more and make my own projects in the future.
Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?
Ksenia Elizabeth Kivonen – Yes, the best experience of my life! Projects = changing, a lot of changes in mindset, soul, environment… You will be a new person after exchanges..
Daniel Budõlin – I’d recommend joining NÜH and trying out new opportunities.
Loviisa Rähn – I already have recommended it to all of my friends. I loved the expirience and it was truly very unique.
Kamila Magsumova – It shouldn’t even be a question! I have found that Erasmus+ and NÜH are very supportive communities that will help you chase your dreams while also ensuring your safety. Saying from my own experience these projects go far beyond just learning about a specific topic—they provide opportunities for personal growth and self-discovery. Connections and memories you make along the way are precious! I truly believe that no one should miss out on such an amazing opportunity!
Laura Teder – Yes, absolutely! Erasmus projects are such a good way to see the world, meet new people, make new friends, get to know yourself, learn something new.
Heleri Trei – Yes, because it was fun and wholesome week for me and I will probably remember it for a long time.
Evelina Bondarenko – Of course I will. This project was amazing. People were so kind and generous. I would like to participate more and more.
Other comments or anything else you would like to share? You can answer in your mother tongue, if you want!
Ksenia Elizabeth Kivonen – Missing it! Wanna be back! Feels like I don’t have one part of my soul rn bcs I don’t have my guys here anymore and back in the city..
Loviisa Rähn – Mina väga armastasin seda kogemust ja loodan väga, et saan nende inimestega ja ka uutega seda uuesti kogeda. Thank you NÜH for this amazing oppurtunity.
