Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called “Youth Entrepreneurship & Evolution” which will take place from the 14th until the 20th of October 2024 in Pinofranqueado, Spain.
Topics:
Skills of an entrepreneur;
Application of the balance sheet of the common good to a business and identification of its essential advantages;
The use of the lateral thinking when facing problems;
Knowledge of the basic principles of profit and loss;
Acquire knowledge about the basic principles of a business plan, mission, vision and values;
Understand the concept of sustainability and how to integrate it into the business idea;
Use the swot model to evaluate and improve a business plan; Mathematical competence and basic skills in science and technology;
Understand prototyping as a communication tool for investors and as a means to test the success of the product;
Promotion of a start-up;
Promote the development of improvement plans in rural areas that help the general welfare;
Acquire basic knowledge about european training, support and financing programs for entrepreneurs.
Objectives:
- Understanding the business concept, how to design it and understand it as a creative process;
- Comprehension of entrepreneurship as a creative and interactive process, in which nothing is static;
- To provide a space for intercultural integration, promoting the culture of dialogue, tolerance and greater understanding;
- To inspire young people to consider entrepreneurship as a viable and attractive option in their own communities, counteracting the tendency to migrate to overcrowded urban areas in search of opportunities;
- To improve the essential skills and competencies of participants, especially in areas related to entrepreneurship, business management and innovation;
- To incentivize the creation of educational intervention models on entrepreneurship specific to rural contexts, involving young people from rural areas, especially in areas related to entrepreneurship, business management and innovation;

Participants profile:
- Youth workers who built their own association or want to build their own.
- The young people who participate in ngos that work with groups in situations of vulnerability, youth, education. Seeking to develop entrepreneurial skills to generate positive social and economic impact.
- Young people active in youth participation activities and projects that seek to promote learning through innovative experiences and practices.
- Interested in expanding their skills and knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship.
The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 410 EUR. There are 3 vacancies available. There will be a participation fee of 40 EUR per participant.
