What was the main topic of the project?
Elina Varest – Advocacy and Oxfordian debates.
Nataliia Sidenko – Advocacy via Oxfordian Debates.
Ksenija Akimova – Public Speaking, Advocacy, Debates.
Kristiina Kivimäe – Advocacy and debating.
What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?
Elina Varest – Meeting workers from Estonian parliament.
Nataliia Sidenko – Oxford debates are really worth studying and practicing more. Everything happens only according to my desires and motivation, so I don’t have to do what I don’t want to do.
Ksenija Akimova – Discovering the structure of Oxford Debates and learning about various points of views on the same topic.
Kristiina Kivimäe – I learned how the debating process works and got to participate in debate.
Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?
Elina Varest – I would be happy to become a youth worker or write a project.
Nataliia Sidenko – Yes! I want to try myself in different roles (team leader, for example) and project directions, and write my own Erasmus+.
Ksenija Akimova – Yes, I am! I want to proceed with learning new methods of non-formal education and share the knowledge I got!
Kristiina Kivimäe – Yes, I hope to use the knowledge that I got from the project in my everyday life and share it to the others as well.
Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?
Elina Varest – Yes, because I don’t know where else you can get so much knowledge in such a short amount of time.
Nataliia Sidenko – YES! It was a really valuable experience of understanding how individual processes and the project in general take place, after which you can gain the necessary experience and skills and friendships with people from different European countries.
Ksenija Akimova – Definitely! I keep trying to share the information about Erasmus+ with as many people as possible.
Kristiina Kivimäe – Yes. During the project I learned a lot about topic, about different cultures and about myself.
