Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting calls for participants for European Solidarity Corps (ESC) long-term volunteering project which means supporting local organisations with different activities in Athens, Greece.

DATES: 07.10.2024 – 13.03.2025 (158 days + travel days)

About the project:

Hellenic Youth Participation, shortly HYP, is based in Athens, Greece and it stands for intercultural dialogue, non-formal education, mutual understanding and solidarity. 4 volunteers will take part in Mosaic II project for the period 07/10/24- 13/03/25. The volunteers will: 1. support organisations in Athens with various activities (e.g. collecting & distributing food, multicultural library, working with migrants, supporting a second-hand collective shop, etc) according to their interests, 2. create and deliver workshops to adults and teenagers, 3. support HYP’s activities, 4. create online awareness campaigns about social issues for Instagram, create content for and manage social media (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook), 5. organise local events (clean-ups, cultural workshops etc), 6. create podcast episodes.

Participant profile:

18-30 years old

All the volunteers are provided with insurance, accommodation, pocket and food money. Travel expenses: according to the calculated distance.
