Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting calls for participants for European Solidarity Corps (ESC) long-term team volunteering project which means working with young people in Cornedo Vicentino, Italy.

DATES: 01/09/2024 to 31/05/2025

About the project:

The hosting project for 2024 foresees the hosting of 3 European volunteers, who will be involved in one of the following 3 areas. Each of the operational areas gathers 2 or more services characterized by a common macro objective.

INCLUSION & CARE: volunteers will explore the issues of inclusion, knowing the reality of people who are at risk of social exclusion and helping them to adapt in the society. Besides, they will work with babies and people with disabilities (daily centers for the people with disabilities or kindergartens).

YOUTH & ACTIVE PARTICIPATION: volunteers will be involved in the promotion of active participation in the community, in Educational Centers developing informal or non-formal tools and activities such as conversation clubs, workshops, etc.

MIGRATION & EUROPE/INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION: opportunity to work in the migration and refugee centers and participate in preparing and managing regional or international projects.

Participant profile:

18-30 years old

All the volunteers are provided with insurance, accommodation, pocket and food money. Travel expenses: according to the calculated distance.
