What was the main topic of the project?

Anton Matskevich – Mindfulness.

Alexei Kuryolov – Main topic is mindfulness – a concept of staying present and focusing on what is within your immediate reach. It teaches humility, calmness and offers different techniques (such as meditation or yoga) to improve concentration and help manage everyday stress and anxiety. The end goal is to become more “present” in life and learn how to prioritize what matters most to you and avoid unwanted distractions.

Mikhail Martsenko – Mindful Journeys.

Fatmakhanim Mammadova – Mindfulness.

Diana Smirnova – Mindfulness.

What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?

Anton Matskevich – Experience of others.

Alexei Kuryolov – Biggest learning moments are always the little details and interactions between people during the project. Sudden moments of casual or professional conversations – be it sharing experiences in the field of youth of work or of personal character – it’s what truly gives you an opportunity to see another human being’s unique perspective and learn something from it.

Mikhail Martsenko – Yoga was very useful for everyday there. I learned how to focus inside of my mind.

Fatmakhanim Mammadova – Yoga, mindfulness techniques, how to be at the present moment.

Diana Smirnova – Discussion and practice of stress tolerance.


Do you have any plans to c0ntinue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?

koolitus training course nyh czechia Mindful JourneysAnton Matskevich – Yes, writing my thesis and meditating.

Alexei Kuryolov – Ability to concentrate and manage anxiety plays a significant role in modern life, especially for youth. Its an interesting and useful concept and it packs a handful of tools for youth work.

Mikhail Martsenko – I like theatre. It was very interesting to play some improvisations there. I will continue with my theater group here.

Fatmakhanim Mammadova – Yes! I would like to be more mindful and learn more about it.

Diana Smirnova – During the training there was a lot of practice on the ability to control emotions and the ability to meditate; it will also be useful to use some exercises in my work in psychology.


Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?

Anton Matskevich – Most probably yes.

Alexei Kuryolov – Yes, I would recommend this experience to anyone interested in learning about oneself, about anxiety, stress, attention deficit and how to better manage it. Its an overall good experience for anyone daring to experience and learn new things and skills.

Mikhail Martsenko – Some experience was very interesting. I think we use it in our school. This task – 4 elements of nature was great.koolitus training course nyh czechia Mindful Journeys

Fatmakhanim Mammadova – Yes, definitely! My personality developed a lot.

Diana Smirnova – Yes. Since the topic of mental health and stress resistance is very relevant.
