Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for a team leader for a Training Course called ” LeadSync” which will take place from the 28th of February until the 04th of March 2024 in Villalibado (Burgos), Spain.

“LeadSync” is a training course co-founded by the Erasmus plus program within the strategic plan developed for Erasmus plus accreditation in the youth field by Brújula Intercultural Association. This program is designed to elevate the role of youth leaders in non-formal education experiences. In response to observed patterns in past youth mobilities, “LeadSync” places a significant emphasis on the proper involvement of group leaders, especially in the preparatory phases, recognizing it as a key element in unlocking the full potential of non-formal education and peer-to-peer learning.

The participant selected for “LeadSync” will also serve as the group leader for the “BlendLINE” youth exchange: A Tapestry of Art, Culture, and Inclusion (26th March – 3rd April 2024).

Key Focus Areas:

• Empowering Youth Leaders: “LeadSync” equips youth leaders with essential skills to guide, facilitate, and foster peer-to-peer learning in various phases of youth mobilities.
• Inclusive Methods: Dive into inclusive methods, with a spotlight on young people with fewer opportunities, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and contributing to a richer and more diverse learning experience.
• Digital Planning: Explore the digital frontier to collaboratively plan future youth mobilities, leveraging technology to ensure active involvement of youth leaders and participants in shaping impactful and inclusive outcomes.

 

Main Objectives:

• Enhance Youth Leadership Skills: Equip youth leaders with the necessary skills to guide, facilitate, and foster peer-to-peer learning in various phases of youth mobilities;
• Empowerment through Non-Formal Education: Empower youth leaders to drive genuine non-formal education experiences, placing them at the forefront of impactful and transformative learning initiatives;
• Optimize Group Leader Involvement: Emphasize and optimize the involvement of group leaders, particularly in the preparatory phases of youth mobilities, to unlock the full potential of non-formal education and peer-to-peer learning;
• Inclusive Practices: Dive into inclusive methods, focusing on people with fewer opportunities, to create an environment where all participants feel valued and contribute to a richer and more diverse learning experience;
• Digital Collaboration and Planning: Explore the digital frontier, enabling youth leaders to collaboratively plan future youth mobilities using digital platforms. Leverage technology to ensure active involvement and engagement in shaping impactful and inclusive outcomes;
• Promote Peer-to-Peer Learning: Foster an environment that encourages and promotes peer-to-peer learning, recognizing its importance in creating dynamic and participatory youth mobilities;
• Community Building and Networking: Facilitate community building among organisations and youth leaders, encouraging networking and collaboration to enhance their collective impact in the youth field;
• Alignment with Erasmus Plus Accreditation Goals: Ensure alignment with the strategic plan developed for Erasmus plus accreditation in the youth field by Association Brujula Intercultural, contributing to the overarching goals of the Erasmus Plus programme;
• Capacity Building for Future Exchanges: Build the capacity of youth leaders to actively contribute to the planning and execution of future youth exchanges, enabling them to take on leadership roles within their organizations;
• Long-Term Impact: Cultivate skills and knowledge that will have a long-term impact on the professional development of youth leaders, supporting their continuous growth as leaders in the youth field.
• Promote the Erasmus plus programme in the rural areas of Burgos’ province.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 360 EUR. There is 1 vacancy available. There will be a participation fee of 40 EUR per participant.
