Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called “Digital EnterpreneurShip Through Empathy (DESTEM)” which will take place from the 6th until the 13th of May 2024 in Kłodzko, Poland.

Participants will engage in exercises and activities that focus on digital entrepreneurship and empathy, all of which will help them associate how empathy is directly related to their digital development.

Main concepts of the project:

• Digital Entrepreneurship;
• Go digital through humanitarian values;
• Empathy and Customer service (how empathy helps you develop your enterprise by identifying the needs of the consumers/ customers).

Aims of the project:

• Evaluate the ways by which we understand and empathize with others.
• Examine how empathy is directly linked to confidence and self-understanding.
• Encourage people to base their evaluation of others on empathetic understanding.
• Upskilling Paths in Digital Entrepreneurship.
• Develop digital competencies.
• Determine the extent to which empathy plays a role in the consumer experience.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 275 EUR. There are 4 vacancies available and participants’ age should be a minimum of 18 and no age limit. There will be a participation fee of 40 EUR per participant.
