Main Activities Developed:
- Helping to take care of a big garden to produce food for the community of about 40 people. Mostly activities such as weeding, preparing garden beds, planting and seeding. Also seasonal work when needed like harvesting olives.
- Preparing food in a team for the whole community. Meals are shared and every day there is a team in the kitchen responsible for preparing the menu mostly from our own produce.
- Learning to live in a community. Personal and shared self-development work is highly valued.
- Working with animals, mostly goats for producing milk, yogurt and cheese.
- Volunteers also help with whatever tasks are needed in the community at the time, such as taking care of children, cleaning and organising events.
