Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project which means working mainly in the village primary school and will take place in Íllora (Granada province), Spain.

About the project:
It`s long-term project (one year) for two volunteers in the municipality of Íllora (Granada province). The volunteers will work mainly in the village primary school in different activities: support in classes, organization of activities at recess, special events… In addition to the school, the volunteers will be able to collaborate with the library, sports activities, various associations… also depending on the interest of the volunteers. During school vacation periods, especially in the summer, they will support activities in the town.
Accomodation, food and transport arrangements:
Volunteers will live in a village house equipped with everything they need. Each person will have their own bedroom and will share a bathroom, living room, kitchen… They will receive a monthly amount of money for food and will manage their own food. They will not need transportation to go to carry out their tasks, in the town they can walk everywhere. To come to the project and return home after it, volunteers will receive a maximum amount of money in relation to the distance band according to the rules of the European Solidarity Corps.
We are looking for motivated volunteers with initiative, who know how to work both independently and in a team. The work will be mainly with children, so they must want to work with that profile. The project takes place in a small town, where they will live. That is why they must be prepared for it and not expect to live in a city. The project requires flexibility, empathy and adaptability to the circumstances that arise.
