“Count on Me” is the 7-day training course centered on Financial Management for NGOs, fully funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. Throughout the course, participants delved into the concept of social enterprises, exploring their benefits and practical application.
During the training, participants were exposed to the essence of social enterprises and learned about their potential advantages through real-life examples of successful enterprises and NGOs. A key component of the course involved crafting realistic business plans, allowing participants to put their newfound knowledge into practice.
The Training Course had well-defined objectives, all of which were successfully achieved:
- Studying Real-Life Examples: Through case studies and research, participants examined existing social enterprises, gleaning valuable insights from their experiences.
- Establishing a Common Understanding: The course fostered a shared comprehension of financial management and sustainability, highlighting their significance.
- Enhancing ICT Skills: Participants honed their information and skills, namely creating digital materials and online research of
data. - Developing Realistic Models: The training facilitated the creation of practical, viable models for sustainable enterprises and NGOs.
- Promoting Inclusivity: The program actively promoted the inclusion of individuals with fewer opportunities through diverse projects and activities.
