Q-Lab is an international in-depth training and partnership-building activity directed at managers and decision-makers in organisations active in the field of learning mobilities, volunteering, and youth work, and with an interest in long-term partnerships, impact and quality.
During seven days in Estonia, trainers together with an international group of youth work managers from other European countries got to know each other at personal, professional and institutional levels and shared good practices in youth work, learning mobilities, and volunteering.
Off the Ground was based on a wide mix of non-formal education methods, experiential learning, discussions, and creative workshops. Thanks to this, participants had a chance to explore and discuss in-depth the reality of implementing European Solidarity Corps and ERASMUS+ youth projects, and distil respective lessons learned. They discovered more about needs, participation, education, coaching and support and had the possibility to share with others what they can offer and what they need in different spheres.
The participants built up competencies in education and management with a view to quality and impact, and discovered local examples and good practices of youth work in Estonia. Thanks to the projects` programme they fostered long-term partnerships and follow-up initiatives based on shared visions, needs and interests as well as got access to an online learning environment and resource collection for further self-directed and collaborative learning and sharing
Participants discovered, discussed, practised, shared, worked, learned and had fun.
These days were full of bright emotions and new knowledge, competences, partnerships and ideas. Be sure to take a look at how it was: https://www.instagram.com/stories/highlights/18247662628084577/
