What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?koolitus training course nyh turkey social media

Annely Kasela – I learned so much about other cultures and now understand way better what is the real situation in those countries when it comes to many social issues. I also learned some new things about using Canva and social media marketing.

Diana Kopot – For me, the biggest learning was in the aspect of knowledge of how to speak about social problems. I have learned how to express myself and my opinion on those topics correctly, using sensitive language and facts-based sentences. Also, I learned how to solve problems (The problems tree was amazing) and how to find the roots of the problem.

Madis Sepp – As part of my Erasmus+ project, I had the opportunity to teach and share my technical knowledge with others. This experience turned out to be my biggest learning moment. I also found that teaching created a positive feedback loop. As I shared my knowledge and expertise with others, I saw their excitement and enthusiasm for the subject grow. Overall, my Erasmus+ project provided me with the opportunity to develop my teaching skills and improve my communication abilities.

Agnessa Järv – The biggest learning moment for me was to learn about different discriminations that are occurring in nowadays world and recognizing these in real life and the local city. Furthermore, how to use digital tools to gain attention to social problems in the community.

Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?

Annely Kasela – Since I already work as a teacher, I deal with many social issues and challenges that come with the educational system and Estonian youth, daily. But now I have several new ideas on how to broach the subject of social problems with students and also a plan to add some new things to the informatics class curriculum.

Diana Kopot – Yes, because I think if we speak about social problems if we discuss them, we can find a lot of solutions for them, we can involve people from different areas and start to change them together.

Madis Sepp – I got offered to be part of organizing other Erasmus + projects and I was searching for partners in my school.

Agnessa Järv – Yes, I believe that this project has equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge that will be beneficial to my future career pursuits. I plan to stay engaged by attending conferences, workshops, and networking events in the field. Additionally, I aim to apply the knowledge gained from this project to my academic and professional endeavours.

Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?koolitus training course nyh turkey social media

Annely Kasela – I absolutely recommend Erasmus+ projects to everybody. Every project is an unforgettable experience. On this training course, I met so many awesome people and had so many amazing and impactful conversations!

Diana Kopot – Yes, definitely. At first, you can go deeply into the topic, share your thoughts and opinions with different people with different backgrounds and also you can find a lot of friends, with whom you work, create and start building your future! It is one of the best projects I have had in my life!

Madis Sepp – I think this opportunity should be taken by everyone at least once. This gives you a good perspective on Europe and its inhabitants. I have met so many interesting people and learned so much from them. To grow as a person you need perspective, and here you can have it from all over Europe.

Agnessa Järv – Yes, I would recommend this experience to my friends. Firstly, because you will learn more about yourself and the other cultures that are represented there. Secondly, this project has provided me with the opportunity to gain valuable international experience, develop new skills, and build a global network of contacts. The Erasmus+ program offers a unique and enriching experience that I believe my friends would benefit from as well.
