Daisi Sprenk The training course guided us in a deep exploration that focuses on the following dimensions:

  • Connection with the Earth and the natural world.
  • Connection with the personal Inner World (your body, the realm of personal resources, gifts, powers, dreams, visions, longings, personal mission).
  • Connection with the Others, by deep and authentic relating.

Daisi Sprenk I learned how to connect myself, how to be a good listener and i enjoy to be a listener.

Irina Meljakova “I am the one, who connects the dots”   Understanding how important is to feel the present moment, to have time to stop and observe

Jekaterina Kuznets Putting what we learned into action during the last day when we mentored each other in a small circle and shared our gifts.

Daisi Sprenk I’ve been a coach-consultant for 7years and as i got new skills in that field, i’m going to use them.

Irina Meljakova Yes, I have lerned how to support people I am working with. Also I have found new potential partners for Erasmus project  (TC for youthworkers and teachers)

Jekaterina Kuznets I took the idea of mindful, caring, holistic mentoring with me and going to organize small events in my field of interest and expertise (to continue to share)

Daisi Sprenk Yes, it is a very good opportunity to discover yourelf, who you are and what do you have and share it wiht a world.

Irina Meljakova Yes, it is unique experience with unique people in the unique place. Mindful food taught me to appreciate everyday food

Jekaterina Kuznets Yes, because this experience is really practical and transforming. It can be applied to almost any field of working with people.
