Be an Agent of Change Youth Exchange took young people out from their every day life and gave them the opportunity to live together with diferent nations, to look into themselves, to learn more about themselves, ohter participants and our environment.
Every country had a chance to lead a workshop with a topic chosen on APV by their team leader. The activities were based on non-formal and experiential learning methodologies, all centered on different aspects of mindfulness and ecological thinking.
The aim of the project was to increase the awareness of the opportunities to live sustainable life. To develop conceptual and practical means of translating sustainable habits into the realities. To strengthen the connection with Nature by providing deep experiences and guiding the relationship. To create a community of heart-minded, dedicated people who create transformational learning environments in order to support and guide the authentic growth of young people. To address situations of real life problems we could avoid through non-formal education, role play and simulations games.
