What was the main topic of the event?
Aiki-Kerlin Paap – Labour market situations in our countries, how to create CV etc
Brita Jõgiaas – Workfield and getting the best job possible
Daryna Taranenko – Employment and how to be comfortable with it, how to start entrepreneurship
Elisabet Landsberg –The main topic was to teach young people skills to be more ready for life in the workforce.
Natalie Li Lind – The main topic was youth employment and unemployment and dream jobs.
What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?
Aiki-Kerlin Paap – Do’s and don’t’s in job interview
Brita Jõgiaas – Daily sessions on different work-related topics
Daryna Taranenko – I developed my teamwork, project management, coordination, and leadership skills. I got an understanding of the labor situation of the country’s participants.
Elisabet Landsberg – I learned a lot about self reflection
Natalie Li Lind – The biggest learning moment for me was when we had some fake job interviews and got to evaluate on others and see what they did right and wrong. It was nice staying on the side and see how others handle job interviews.
Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, what?
Aiki-Kerlin Paap – I really hope to participate in other projects soon
Brita Jõgiaas – Yes, I will research for more information.
Daryna Taranenko – I will continue to study more about the labor market in different countries and study how to find the best work option for myself. Also, I will be sharing the knowledge I gained on the project with other people.
Elisabet Landsberg – Yes, I plan to find a job in the future.
Natalie Li Lind – I’m staying acive in NYH and also continue working as a young adult. 🙂
Would you recommend it to your friends? If yes, why? If not, why not?
Aiki-Kerlin Paap – Definitely yes, this project helped me open up so much more and everyone needs some new friends
Brita Jõgiaas – Yes, had the time of my life while learning something new.
Daryna Taranenko – Yes, I will definitely recommend this experience to all my friends. In my opinion, it’s a great opportunity to discover more, to develop yourself, and to get insights and unforgettable memories.
Elisabet Landsberg – Yes, because I learned a lot and it was an amazing and eye opening experience.
Natalie Li Lind – I 100% recommend youth mobility programs to everyone. I feel like they have helped me grow as a person so much in so little time.
