Kadi Põder – How cool is do something with absolutely strangers people and how fast we can start love eachothers.

Liisa Maria Lai – How in such a short time it’s possible to find and meet peers that you’ll miss for lifetime.

Marleen Pärn – All the team building games and activities really do help to get to know other project members really fast. The programme has really tight schedule, but it’s necessary for the end product which are the short films.

Marlene Leppänen – To not worry about time management too much, that it’s ok if some things get postponed or someone is late.Learned to live in the moment.

Maria Vakmann – Learning so much in such little time about other cultures. I also loved learning new words in Turkish and German, which I still use and have kept in my vocabulary. As well as, becoming more immersed in the film world and what it actually takes to make a film.

Philip Kaat – Experiencing Turkish and German cultures through real life communication

Sten Vendik – Be present and release your thoughts about past or future

Villu Kangur – I learned loads about camerawork, lighting and how to organize large groups in efficient ways. Also it was fascinating to get a real “culture shock” and was taken out of my comfort zone in regards of time management, differences in temperament etc.
