Ana Maria Müür – How to be a good leader. How to be a peaceful leader.
Carol Valjaots – Mindfulness and leadership
Marleen Sahtel – How to be a better leader.
Muhsin Şen – How to become a ”Mindful Leader”
What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?
Ana Maria Müür – Public speaking.
Carol Valjaots – For me the biggest learning moment was how to build a workshop with the team. It always seems easy when trainers do it at training courses and this youth exchange the whole program was lead by the participants. Each country did an amazing job and for me it was very new to put it together and present it in a fun way,
Marleen Sahtel – Being a good leader means being good at team work.
Muhsin Şen – I think the biggest learning for me is get to know idea of ”Mindfulness”. Thanks to the workshops I am more aware of how to become a mindful leader.
Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, what?
Ana Maria Müür – Yes. In the future when I’ll find myself in a position of a leader I know how to act peacefully and mindfully. Meanwhile i can be a good group leader in school projects.
Carol Valjaots – Yes, I am active in the organization already.
Marleen Sahtel – Yes, I would like to go to more youth exchanges and maybe some other projects.
Muhsin Şen – Yes. I want to improve myself in youth work field. So I can help more young people to become more active in the society.
Would you recommend it to your friends? If yes, why? If not, why not?
Ana Maria Müür – Yes. It was very fun, I learned a lot and I gained a lot of new experiences.
Carol Valjaots – Always yes! I think it’s needed for our generation to step out of the comfort zone and do something that keeps teaching us constantly.
Marleen Sahtel – Yes, it was interesting and the people were really nice and supportive.
Muhsin Şen – Yes. Erasmus+ has changed my life. Now, I want more young people live this life changing experiences. That’s why I will work on more my personal development to share my experience with more young people.
