Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called “BoDE: Booster for Digital Entrepreneurship” which will take place from 30th June until 09th July 2022 in Napoli, Italy.
“WHAT IS BoDE” ABOUT?
Most of professions nowadays are greatly affected by the automation, digitalisation and robotisation. New jobs that require special knowledge and skills in the digital environment are appearing every day. Robots, artificial intelligence and automation are likely to continue to replace mundane and repetitive jobs, while those seeking work will need to acquire and regularly refresh their digital skills in order to maintain their employability. The digital transformation of the economy means that almost all jobs now require some level of digital skills. The primary aim of the BoDE project is the education of youth workers that will be able to transfer the gained skills, tools and knowledge towards young new digital entrepreneurs. The training course that will be implemented will in the long run enable young people to engage in entrepreneurship through the digital environment through the use of digital tools.
OBJECTIVES OF BoDE
Obj. 1: to promote relevant EU youth policies, such as the frameworks on digital and entrepreneurial competencies
Obj. 2: to modernize youth work through international cooperation and networking among the partners as well as by sharing the resources with the consortium’s stakeholders
Obj. 3: to improve both youth workers’ soft skills and ICT skills by engaging them in digital activities through the use of digital content and digital tools.
Obj. 4: to build youth workers’ digital competences, to improve their motivation and capacity and to boost their employability.
This event will bring together 32 participants. The event will be held in English. There are 4 vacancies available and participants should be from older than 18 years old.
The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 360 euros. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
