What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?
Dmitri Filkin – Sharing different experiences and thoughts with people from other cultures and nations
Leen Altmets – What I learned most was to better present my ideas to others and take initiative.
Ranner Alloja – The realization that all of us are dealing with a lot of emotions and sometimes have different translations for them. Regardless we can still come together even from different cultures and try and connect to and learn from each other.
Saskia Rosentau – take actions
Anny Kerem – That there are so much many different names for emotions and there are so many emotions.
Kärt Inno – I learned to express my feelings and to understand different emotions
Darja Ivantsova – The percentage of verbal and non verbal communications.
Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?
Dmitri Filkin –Yes, I plan to find possibilities to develop my knowledge about the emotional intelligence and use it in everyday life
Leen Altmets – I think I might like participate in another project.
Ranner Alloja – Active in the field of emotional intelligence? – definitely 🙂
Saskia Rosentau – I am not sure, but will see
Anny Kerem – Probably not but because of that, I definitely want to go to first aid training and suicide aid training.
Kärt Inno – Not sure yet
Darja Ivantsova – I will continue participate in project for sure
Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?
Dmitri Filkin – Yes, I would, because one can find answers to difficult life questions thanks to the project experience
Leen Altmets – I would definately recommend it to friends, because it is a fun way to learn and recreate, as well as an opportunity to meet people from different countries.
Ranner Alloja – Absolutely yes- you really learn a lot from people of different backgrounds and cultures. Also about yourself- your shortcomings, your strengths and what your perceptions are towards others.
Saskia Rosentau – Yes, because it was an experience and really good opportunity to meet new people.
Anny Kerem – Yes 100%, I learned so much new about emotions and how to express them. Also all participants were so friendly and helpful, we were like big family there.
Kärt Inno – Yes, i recommend this experience because i got to know myself better and made a lot of friends.
Darja Ivantsova – I already did it. I’m sure lots of my friends are interested in that.

Ranner Alloja – The lessons, games and workshops were really valuable, fun and well done! 🙂 I am very grateful for this experience and hope that i can still participate in more youth exchanges. All the best to whoever reads this! :3
