What was the main topic of the event?
Anita Kotkas – Models of engagement in informal learning
Katarina Zaretsneva – Women in entrepreneurship and how women feel in society and all things related with that
What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?
Anita Kotkas – When we started to brainstorm on the project that we could possibly do in our country
Katarina Zaretsneva – There was not one biggest moment, but all this project made me see wider the role and importance of powerful women in society, how the society can affect and what women can do to be more confident and find solutions coming out from difficulties what society can bring to her.
Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?
Anita Kotkas – Yes, I am interested in participating in the Erasmus+ projects
Katarina Zaretsneva – I would like to research more and be active to see what project can be made and to think what solutions can be made.
Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?
Anita Kotkas – Yes, it’s cool to meet new people, learn more about a culture of other countries. You are not only learning something new, but also having fun.
Katarina Zaretsneva – I would like to recommend them to go for the training witch topics are interesting to them, because it can give them good ideas and its good for self development
