What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?
Vladislav Virtonen – Nobody can push me to participate- i can only motivate myself. Motivating others as i knew it doesn’t work. My willpower starts from me, thoughts are far more powerful than i thought
Julia Divonina – How to communicate with people with disabilities
Anfissa Jerjomina – How to communicate with different kinds of people and how to work with them.
Margarita Skripkina – Work in teams
Veronika Afonina – I really remember the first day, the first tasks, I began to think about how people can live the truth
Bika Mustafayeva – For me the biggest learning moment was debate, I guess it is useful for future.
Robert Grankin – the best leadership is leading by example
Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?
Vladislav Virtonen – No, but would like to contribute to integrating marginalized groups in my main work making my social contributions more accessible – getting more feedback from different clients
Anfissa Jerjomina – I would like to participate in same type of projects in the future and spread knowledge.
Margarita Skripkina – i will work in the field, which connected with connections with people, so this experience would help
Bika Mustafayeva – Now I don’t know, but maybe in future.
Robert Grankin – Planning to participate in more youth exchanges
Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?
Vladislav Virtonen – Sure, but mind age gap. Nice networking with a chill vacation and little learning
Julia Divonina – Yes, very interesting experience
Anfissa Jerjomina – Definitely yes, because it is an amazing opportunity to get new experience and knowledge.
Margarita Skripkina – yes, it is nice to practice of english
Veronika Afonina – Of course, I’ve already told you how to help people
Bika Mustafayeva – Definitely, in my opinion it is challenge and you need to win.
Robert Grankin – Definitely yes. Going out of your comfort zone is always good for development. and skills to make new connections fast is really helpful in life
