Name of the project: Out of the Box Training Course

What was the main topic of the event?
Katrin Saarep – Innovation, Human Rights and Self Development
Aleks Volkov – The main topic was to find other ways of thinking and solving the problems
Linda Ojap – Training at Cyprus of 27 youth workers (3 youth workers from each organization) in thinking and acting OUT OF THE BOX for self-improvement and being better as persons with Non-Formal Educational Activities.
What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?
Katrin Saarep – First of all this whole project had so many valuable lessons and gave a new perspective to topics related to innovation, human rights and self development. The biggest learning moment for me was that even though we all have different cultural backgrounds, we still share the similar difficulties in our countries, innovative ideas and personal fears.
Aleks Volkov – The biggest learning moment for me is to understand how people in other countries live and how they solving/trying to solve their problems
Linda Ojap – Learning how to work in a group.
Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?
Katrin Saarep – I would really like to share my knowledge in these topics to other people and definitely if there is opportunity to participate in similar project I would definitely like to join.
Aleks Volkov – As always, I always share with people from my surrounding that Erasmus projects might literally change your life and it’s a very good and precious experience to have in nowadays
Linda Ojap – I plan on volunteering more and find a place to work with youth as well as work as a full time teacher in kindergarden.
Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?
Katrin Saarep – Definitely recommend this experience! This project gave so much awareness and it was really necessary to hear the stories from each country about how these topics are related to their country. Plus you get to meet amazing people with who you create long-lasting connection.
Aleks Volkov – Yes, of course The organisation of this project was really on a high level I beleive that every participant from every country felt same connection as I had So, basically, I think that every person has to take part at least in 1 project By the way, after u might be really addicted to go for another one and another one!
Linda Ojap – Yes. I would recommend it because I think learning about different cultures is very important as a young adult. And training with different people is important for self-development.
