Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Youth Exchange called “Be An Agent of Change” which will take place from 26th October until 3rd November 2021 in Viljandi , Estonia.

The term Eco Friendly and Sustainable Living have become very popular lately.

Everyone speaks about it, but no one really knows what it means and people keep asking: Is it just about recycling? Is that consuming less? What does it include? How can I do it? Is it possible to start with little steps? What steps should I make first?

The most important thing about sustainable and eco friendly living is interaction between humans and the environment. The interaction has evolved along with humanity. As populations grow around the world and as large industrialized or industrializing countries continue to exploit the planet’s natural resources, the relationship between people and the environment changes, and mostly for the worse.

Be an Agent of CHANGE is a youth exchange, which is developed by young people who are willing to change things by themselves. They are ready to make the interaction between humans and the environment great again.

Together, we will be working on improving our relationship with nature and on how to motivate youngsters be more active on their community and beyond on this subject. We gather people with knowhow, youngsters with willpower and we will make big things happen.

This event will bring together 30 participants from Estonia, Romania, North Macedonia, Lithuania and Spain. The event will be held in English. There are 5 vacancies available and participants should be from 18 until 25 years old.

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 20 euros. There will be a participation fee of 20 Eur. per participant.
