What was the biggest learning moment for you?
Elizaveta Shilman: Monitoring process of conducting youth exchange in general. I was wondering how other organizations can do this, what methods do they use etc.
Milena Kaznatsejeva: I got over my biggest fear to speak in foreign language in front of the public. In addition, I learned a lot of interesting and useful information about a theatre and acting.
Emil Orub: Panthomim acting class. We got ready to act with puppets.
Nataliia: For me it was a production of a scene and its implementation. It was a very cool experience.
Angelina Bõstrova: Communication in foreign language, creativity development, learning about new cultures
Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?
Elizaveta Shilman: About theater field I’m not sure. It was interesting experience, but not so interesting to continue doing this. If to talk about youth work field in general, of course.
Milena Kaznatsejeva: Yes, I would like to participate in other projects in future, try other topics, learn about other countries and nationalities and of course find lots of new friends during my next Erasmus+ experiences.
Emil Orub: In very small part, we did work with puppets and i do some Hand work myself so in a way yes.
Nataliia: I really liked the acting workshops, and I would like to use them on other projects for team building and meeting between the participants. Since these workshops help the participants to relax (so that they do not hesitate to show real emotions).
Angelina Bõstrova: Yes, definitely. I would like continue participate in projects, sometimes lead them and maybe write. I am also thinking about to join for your NGO as volunteer, cause I really enjoyed how was everything planed and coordinated.
Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?
Elizaveta Shilman: Yes! I am sure that every young person should go to Erasmus+ project at least once. It gives a unique experience and knowledges what you could not have gained somewhere else.
Milena Kaznatsejeva: This experience was absolutely new for me and for sure I would recommend this to my friends, because in my opinion everyone have to try something like this at least once.
Emil Orub: I would, because it was fun and relaxing. I got to learn and experience a lot. People from other countries come with different culture, but we think a lot on the same principles. That is wery awesome.
Nataliia: Yes, it was a very interesting experience, because I have never participated in such projects. This project was very interesting and easy.
Angelina Bõstrova: I would obviously recommend this experience to my friends. This unique opportunity of studying in non-formal way through communication with other nationalities gives you much more than “traditional” studying. You learn not only the main topic, but also “grow up” as a person. Person, who participated in this kind of project most likely find friends from other parts of Europe. Definitely greatest opportunity for languages learning and problem solving skill development. This experience gave me motivation and energy for life improvement, in my opinion, every participant had same thoughts after the participation.
Other comments or anything else you would like to share? You can answer in your mother tongue, if you want!
Emil Orub: Food was delicious. People were amazing. I would like to participate again!!!
Angelina Bõstrova: I am really glad to take part in project from your organisation. It was really great coordinated and if we needed any help we got this support. From my previous experiences I would even say that in this way of working you are one of the best organisations in Estonia 🙂 Thank you so much! Looking forward for new opportunities.
