Irina Kisseljova: Learning mobility projects of youth workers support the professional development of youth workers by enabling them to acquire new skills and professional experiences.
Sander Jõgi: Enhancing collaboration for volunteerism.
What was the biggest learning moment in the event for you?
Irina Kisseljova: Erasmus+ programme working methods.
Sander Jõgi: The biggest learning moment for me was to hear other experienced peoples stories on organizing volunteers work. The trainer gave a good overview on how volunteers work is organized in a bigger picture as well.
Do you have any plans to continue actively in the field? If yes, what?
Irina Kisseljova: Yes, nvite a volunteer and coordinate his/her work.
Sander Jõgi: I will plan to be more active in organizing volunteers work. Related to work I am planning to get more volunteers to work in our organisation (Keila SOS Children Village).
Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?
Irina Kisseljova: Sure, for information how various programs for attracting volunteers work.
Sander Jõgi: I would recommend this project to anyone who is interested in organising volunteers work. It gives you an understanding of the importance of volunteers’ works and also teaches you organizational part of it.
