Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Youth Exchange called “ActivEmotiON” which will take place from 02nd until 10th March 2020 in Malaga, Spain.
You’re about to apply for a youth exchange about bullying and emotional intelligence, using Improvisation and arts to work and create scenarios to improve empathy, emotional expression, understanding emotions and reflect on the topic of bullying.
Bullying is one of the main issues that affect our current whole society. Depending on the sources, up to 20% of students suffer from bullying in their schools. Emotions are directly related with bullying. Some studies suggest that low awareness of self-emotions would be in the base both of victims and aggressors. Developing emotional intelligence is proven to be an excellent option to help us understand what we feel and to achieve better relationships with the rest.
There are 5 vacancies available and participants should be from 18 until 24 years old.
The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 530 euros. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
