Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called “Train the Trainers II” which will take place from 25th August until 31st August 2019 in Karlov, Czech Republic.
Development of the teaching skills of youth workers will be the main goal of this training course. The participants will be informed and get practical experience of non-formal education, experiential and action learning, facilitating learning and other methods which can be used while working with youth and adults in NGOs or any other area where these skills could be useful. The training will use experiential and non-formal methods to deliver to the participants as many skills as possible.
What can you expect:
- Experiential and Action Pedagogy
- Non-formal education methods and games
- Dramaturgy of an experiential program
- Group work
- Leading of psychological risks in experiential programs
- The creation of own programs, excursions
Participant profile:
- 18+
- Communicative English
- Youth worker, teacher interested in experiential pedagogy and non-formal education. The project is designed both for the beginners and those who already have some experiences in this area.
- Someone, who doesn’t mind being out whole day almost (activities will be outside) and is fine with getting dirty from the mud and swimming in a natural pool. Participants should expect a lot of physical activities.
- Willing to actively participate in the dissemination process and organizing their follow-up events
This event will bring together 25 participants from Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland; Slovakia, Spain. The event will be held in English. There are 4 vacancies available and participants should be minimum 18 years old.
The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 275 euros. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
