Date: 2nd to 9th April 2019

Country/City: Italy, Tortona

What was the main topic of the event?

Kelly Solovjov – I participated in the first part of the project as well, which was in January, so this time the main topic was to evaluate the activities we did back in our home country and give feedback to each other how to get better with the activities.

Nathali Ploomipuu – To evaluate activities.

What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?koolitus training course nyh italy itaalia estonia eesti erasmus teamwork

Kelly Solovjov – I guess the biggest learning moment was, when I got feedback from others about my activity in Estonia, cause they gave me a lot of useful information how I could improve and gave me courage to keep trying, cause every time everything doesn’t go as planned, so you need to adapt 🙂

Nathali Ploomipuu – I think I learned a lot about myself and got more information about group work.

Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?

Kelly Solovjov – Thanks to those 2 projects I am more interested in making activities for young people, so probably going to keep improving in that field to share the knowledge I got from people from the project.

Nathali Ploomipuu – Yes, but I’m not sure which way yet..

Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?

Kelly Solovjov – Definitely would recommend this experience to my friends and everyone else as well. You can learn so many new things and discover yourself through that as well! And of course it is just amazing how in a short time you make so good friends with other people in the project and you always have people to visit in different countries, who can show you their home country 🙂

Nathali Ploomipuu – Yes, definitely. It’s a good opportunity if you want to get out of your comfort zone, meet some awesome new people and improve your English.

More comments or anything else you would like to share? You can add here in your own language, if you want!

Kelly Solovjov – Just come out of your comfort zone and make new friends and memories!koolitus training course nyh italy itaalia estonia eesti erasmus teamwork
