What was the main topic of the event?

Aregnaz Haroyan – Leadership and mindfulness

Evelin Tibur – To improve leadership and mindfulness skills through non- formal learning (including practices, games and workshops)

Merili Ginter – Mindfulness and leadership

What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?

Aregnaz Haroyan – To be reminded that I am the master of my life, the change maker, creator and the actor.

Evelin Tibur – I think teamwork moments were the enjoyable. We really worked together every time with different people and it was very nice to discover people’s minds, thoughts, opinions etc. Also I discovered myself and found out my strong points and also those which are not so strong.

Merili Ginter – My biggest learning moment was the realisation how to be mindful on a daily basis. It was one of the biggest struggles for me before the training course and now I can use gained knowledge to keep away that struggle!

Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?

Aregnaz Haroyan – Yes, I would like to use the ideas, skills and techniques in my work and my daily life. I would like to organize workshops with my students during summer holidays and to participate in similar projects.

Evelin Tibur – Yes, would be nice to have a follow-up course for this course. We did the first tiny step but this field is very wide and would be nice to continue.

Merili Ginter – I will continue my work as a youth worker, but not sure whether I will organise an Youth Exchange project or something associated with Erasmus+.

Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?

Aregnaz Haroyan – I would definitely recommend it to my friends and to those who want to grow both personally and professionally. This training was a good combination of concrete knowledge and skills concerning leadership and an amazing journey to our inner selves.

Evelin Tibur – Yes, because I really liked it!

Merili Ginter – Yes, I would. It is a great way to advance yourself while enjoying yourself and gaining useful experience.

More comments or anything else you would like to share? You can add here in your own language, if you want!

Aregnaz Haroyan – I am really grateful for every second, every emotion, skills and a-haa momets. Շնորհակալություն
