Noored Ühiskonna Heaks (NYH) is promoting a call for participants for a Training Course called “Did You Noticed Youthpass?” which will take place from 03rd until 07th March 2019 in Gazientep, Turkey.

 

 

 

The subject of the project is to examine the success of Youthpass according to the RAY* (Research based analysis of youth work) Turkey report results. It is aimed to produce ideas for eliminating the deficiencies indicated in the report.

 

The project will include the recognition of youth work, studies in this field and the history of youth work. It will also discuss the types of recognition identified in the Pathways2.0, which is the main reference document in the field of recognition established by the European Commission and the Council of Europe.

 

It will also discuss how successful the Youthpass certificate is under these types of recognition. All studies carried out to increase the recognition of youth work will be examined. Another document idea that will support Youthpass certificate will be produced in this area.

 

The objectives are:

  1. History of youth work and youth worker term will be discussed in depth.
  2. Recognition term will be described.
  3. Recognition of youth work will be examined.
  4. The studies carried out by European Commission and Council of Europe which were aimed to contribute to the recognition of youth work will be examined.
  5. Research based Analyse of Youth work(RAY Network) report prepared by Turkish National Agency will be examined.
  6. Youthpass Certificate and its success will be discussed.
  7. New document idea will be created for contributing to recognition of youth work.

 

This event will bring together 32 participants from Estonia, Latvia, Portugal, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Romania, Turkey and North Macedonia. The event will be held in English. There are 3 vacancies available and participants should be minimum 18 years old.

 

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 360 euros. There will be a participation fee of 40 Eur. per participant.
