What was the main topic of the event?

Henri Suomalainen – Creativity to support Employment in Europe

Kristina Selivanova – We worked on improving youth workers competences and how to motivate young people to use their creativity for a sustainable and desirable work placement.

 

What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?

Henri Suomalainen –  The biggest learning moment for me was acknowledging the situation of European labour market, unemployment rates and skills that we need in the future to be successful in that field.

Kristina Selivanova – You can develop and train your creativity.

 

Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?

Henri Suomalainen – Yes, I will continue educating myself, so that I can share my experience and knowledge with all the young people I work together with in the future.

Kristina Selivanova – yes, i will spread my knowlge between my coworkers and youngsters in my working field.

 

Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?

Henri Suomalainen – Yes, I would recommend this experience to others, because there is so much to learn about different topics and cultures. The more we know, the more we understand different people and situations around the world.

Kristina Selivanova – yes – finding your inner self and developing your professional skills with motivated colleagues are always worth it.
