What was the main topic of the event?

Carol Väljaots – Active participation.
Maili Reimus – The importance of voting in democracy and the voice of young people.
Alvar Tarvis – The problems with youth participation and how to give young people a voice.
Kristel Kahr – Active participation
What was the biggest learning moments on the event for you?
Gregor Randla – What is going on in the other countries and how bad the situation is in some of those attending countries.
Kaspar Puus – It was really eye-opening to hear about other countries and how active is their youth.
Carol Väljaots – I learned different ways to be active and participate.
Maili Reimus – The biggest learning moment was when we were playing privilege walk activity game. Because I learned that some people in some countries have mostly negative ways of thinking and some have mostly positive.
Alvar Tarvis – I learned a lot about training courses and about the difference of Erasmus and Erasmus+. Also I had the chance to learn from other cultures and the situation in their country.
Kristel Kahr – Getting to know more about different countries democracy.
Do you have any plans to continue active in the field? If yes, what?
Gregor Randla –I still want to do my part in ruling the country. I try to fight for our voice so that the government will hear about what the people of the country, especially young people, have to say.
Kaspar Puus – Yes, I plan to be more active when it comes to elections, etc. because I understood how much my voice could actually change things, especially if I involve other people like me.
Carol Väljaots – Yes, I would like to take part of EVS project in the future.
Maili Reimus – Yes, I am not sure yet in what but for example I am going definitely to vote next time.
Alvar Tarvis – Yes, I would like to take part of similar projects.
Kristel Kahr – With Erasmus+ projects yes, with different projects as they give different experiences.
Would you recommend it to your friends? I yes, why? If not, why not?
Gregor Randla – I will, because it is a great experience to get to know more people and what life really is like and what you can really do to change that.
Kaspar Puus – Yes, I would recommend it to my friends. Youth exchanges help you to understand different perspectives and activities often bring you out of your comfort zone, which helps you to grow.
Carol Väljaots – Yes, yes and yes. It was an amazing event and I wouldn’t want anyone to miss on things like that. I’ll mostly recommend it to friends that are already active in youth work but haven’t been outside the country, because if you see what other cultures have to say it can change your perspective.
Maili Reimus – Yes I would, even if that topic is far away from studies/work and so on it still could be useful. I would recommend it because you can meet through different situations with many people from different countries and it can be eye opening, fun and instructive. Furthermore, it is good opportunity to practice in English
Alvar Tarvis – Yes, I will recommend it to all of my friends who are interested about youth problems and our voice.
Kristel Kahr – Yes I will. It is a great experience and great way to get to know more about different cultures and have a experience of lifetime
